Boundaries, reserves, production and mining conditions of Nalaikh colliery were analyzed. Subjects to renovate mine opening, shafts, mining method, mine transportation, back-filling, ventilation, dewatering, water supply, power supply, heat supply, planning of surface facilities were determined. Economics for renovation were  calculated.
